GVI – Nepal Fellowship Project

May 21, 2019

This collaborative research project, a Fellowship of Global Vision International (GVI), aims to democratize research and training for citizens in and around Pokhara, Nepal. Valuing local knowledge and locally-produced knowledge over universal assessments, the project hopes to build research capacity through GVI collaborations with local organizations. It builds off the principles of action and participatory research while also working in philosophy, history, and the humanities.

This project is in the early stages; we welcome input, advice, and volunteers!  Early career researchers, interdisciplinary scholars, professionals and youth are especially encouraged to get in touch.

  • Collect quantitative data on NGO effectiveness in Pokhara
