The Global Experience Office (GEO) is hiring! We are looking for someone to join the team as the Senior Associate Director of Advising and Programming.

The Senior Associate Director for Advising and Programming reports to the Director of Global Experience Office and is part of the GEO Senior Leadership team. The Senior Associate Director leads GEO’s two core divisions: 360-Advising and 360-Program Design, aligns their efforts to advance GEO’s mission and the University’s strategic goals.

The Senior Associate Director oversees and ensures quality of GEO’s comprehensive advising services for outgoing and incoming students; participates in developing student enrollment strategy and manages enrollment goals; oversees the management of GEO’s extensive portfolio of education abroad programs and the development of new programs; ensures all GEO programs’ adherence to the University policies and the best practices in experiential education and student health and safety. With Director, works closely with the Colleges to create new program models that best aligns with their current and future academic goals.

The Senior Associate Director supervises and develops staff; and works in tandem with the Senior Associate Director for Finance and Operations to ensure coordination of efforts and workflow across GEO’s divisions and functions. The Senior Associate Director is expected to travel domestically and internationally, conduct site visits, and present at professional conferences and meetings.
