Amanda Haines

I have just finished my first year at Northeastern as a mechanical engineering major. This summer I will be traveling to Santiago, Chile to study medical imaging systems and Chilean culture. I am excited to practice my Spanish and to experience the culture of my new community. I enjoy spending time outdoors and plan on hiking and exploring outside of the city as much as possible this summer. In my free time I enjoy snowboarding, reading, and playing with my two adorable dogs. After the dialogue, I will be avoiding my return home by traveling around Peru for a month.
