Monica Johnson

As a mixed individual growing up in an urban environment I have often seen the impact of race relations, socio-economic status, and politics regarding the idea of "space" and who it belongs to. This program allows me to view, experience, and learn about these concepts on an international level. I want to pursue a career path in advocacy and equal rights, and this program and location will allow me to see how others have and still do fight for these rights.
