Since I can remember, I have always wanted to travel to every corner of the world. This will be my fourth time living abroad and second time while attending Northeastern (as a freshman, I was part of the N.U.in program and studied in Dublin, Ireland). I knew I had, and wanted, to go abroad again while at Northeastern, due to my major, and decided on this semester mostly due to how many classes I could transfer back.
My main goal for this experience is to improve my language skills. It is hard to practice German when I’m not enrolled in any courses; living in Salzburg will give me both classes and immersion. I also hope to gain a new perspective on my studies, whether that be through culture, language, or travel.
