Living in Sao Paulo
While on this Dialogue, we are staying at a hostel. This hostel is run by our guides in Brazil and is called Campus Casa. It’s basically a big house that half of the students are staying in. Here, we get breakfast every morning and most our classes are on the lower level. Also, we have a pretty awesome rooftop deck! This has been the main area for hanging out so far. As I mentioned in the last blog, we are staying in the neighborhood of Vila Madelena, which is full of interesting places to explore. I am extremely happy with the living situation!
When I was accepted into this dialogue, I knew no one else. It has been less than a week and I have already made many friends. Most of the students were in a similar position to me, not knowing anyone else. So, everyone was eager to make friends. I have discovered many cool people here in Brazil. Meeting others was very easy and I am excited about the next few weeks with my new friends!
