HAVANA, Cuba – Cuba is a diverse and lively country rich in arts and culture as well as science and education. Here you will find three segments examining different aspects of Cuban life. The first is Jonathan Mejia’s piece about a new 3G network and how it is evolving Cuban communication. The second is Danny Hentz’s piece about Cuban coral reefs and the country’s surprisingly sophisticated storm resiliency. And the third is from Seamus McAvoy, who examined the country’s age-old reliance on traditional medicines, and the model these therapies serve for other countries.
